These terms apply to everyone who uses NextGen Learn, operated by NEXTGEN GROUP INDIA PVT LTD ("we", "us").
Account
- You must give correct name, email and mobile number.
- One account is for one learner. Sharing login details, recording, downloading or re-uploading course videos is not allowed. We may block access without refund if this happens.
Courses and access
- After successful payment, the course or bundle is added to My Space. Access is lifetime unless a validity period is shown on the course page.
- Course content may be updated, re-ordered or replaced to keep it current with law and portal changes.
- Courses are for education. They do not guarantee any job, income or result. Tax and legal rules change often; check the current law before acting on any example.
Payments
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or bank details.
